Prepare Instructions

  1. Blanch the spinach for 1 minute in boiling water stirring occasionally.

  2. Strain the spinach and rinse under cold water.

  3. Squeeze out excess water and cut spinach to bite-sized pieces.

  4. Mix spinach with garlic, scallion, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl of your choice and garnish with fresh chili pepper.
